Right of withdrawal 

You can revoke your contract declaration without details of reasons in text form (i. e. letter, fax, e-mail) or by return of the product within two weeks. The period starts with receipt of this instruction at the earliest. For the preservation of the revocation period the punctual dispatch of the revocation or the item suffices.

The right of withdrawal doesn't exist with contracts, which were made by companies or by a self-employed person in the context of their job-related activity. This also applies to goods which were produced with customized specifications.
